If you are not fully satisfied with your order, please reach out to me about returning products and refunds on merchandise.

damaged or faulty goods

If an order arrives damaged, please email me immediately to let me know, so I can file a claim with the shipping carrier. I will replace your products or provide a credit for similar items if the original items you ordered are out of stock.
