Where are you shipping from?

Rise+Rad is based out of the greater Kansas City, Missouri area and is often referred to as KCMO.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

I want to be as transparent as possible. I can ship 5 days a week, Monday-Friday and Saturday if needed. Your order will ship in 1-2 business days. If you select standard shipping, your order will be in transit for 5-7 business days. If you upgrade shipping to Priority Mail, your order will be in transit for 2-3 business days.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY?

All sales are final with the exception of returns due to damage, defects, or the wrong item being shipped. You must submit a claim for missing items or items damaged in transit must be received within 48 hours of receipt of the merchandise. The items will be exchanged and/or replaced. Shipping will not be charged for exchanged items as a result of damage, defects, or the wrong item being shipped.
DIGITAL DOWNLOADS:
There are no refunds on digital images as the high-resolution files are delivered instantly at the time of purchase. If at any time there is a problem or you are unsatisfied with your purchase, we will work with you to resolve the issue. Our goal is to make every customer happy and your satisfaction is extremely important to us.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING INFORMATION

Shipping methods vary based on the products ordered. If you would like a specific carrier to handle your package, please reach out to me prior to ordering.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING INFORMATION

International orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail unless you reach out directly regarding another carrier. International shipping time is approximately 6-10 business days. Sometimes a package may get held in customs. This is beyond my control and I am unable to predict if a package will get held. Please allow up to 3 weeks for product transit time. Yes, customers are responsible for any taxes, fees, and duties to their countries.
